Prepaid Electricity Companies ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent authorized enrollment partner and distributor for Payless Power, operated by Young Energy LLC (PUCT REP# 10110). We operate the websites prepaidelectricitycompanies.com and paylesspower.prepaidelectricitycompanies.com (collectively, the "Site").

We are not a Retail Electric Provider (REP). We do not supply, deliver, or bill for electricity. Our role is to provide information about prepaid electricity services and to refer customers to Payless Power for enrollment.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

3. Use of This Site

This Site is intended to provide general information about prepaid electricity services available in the Texas deregulated electricity market and to connect interested customers with Payless Power enrollment.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect content without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

4. Enrollment Referral Service

When you click an enrollment link on this Site, you will be directed to the official Payless Power website operated by Young Energy LLC (PUCT REP# 10110). At that point:

• Your enrollment, service contract, billing, and electricity service are governed solely by Payless Power's terms and conditions
• We are not a party to your service agreement with Payless Power
• We are not responsible for rates, service quality, outages, billing disputes, or any other matters relating to your electricity service
• Any issues with your electricity service should be directed to Payless Power at paylesspower.com or to the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) at puc.texas.gov

We may receive compensation when customers enroll through our referral links. This does not affect the rates or terms you receive from Payless Power.

5. Information Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this Site is accurate and current. However:

• Electricity rates, plan terms, and availability change frequently
• Always verify current rates and terms by reviewing the Electricity Facts Label (EFL) provided by Payless Power before enrolling
• You can independently compare rates at PowerToChoose.org, the official State of Texas electricity comparison tool
• We are not liable for decisions made based on information on this Site that has since changed

6. No Warranties

This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be available at all times or free of errors
• The information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current
• The Site is free of viruses or other harmful components

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Prepaid Electricity Companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or your reliance on any information provided here, including but not limited to damages related to electricity service, enrollment decisions, or interruption of service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us directly, if any.
